Consultant Expense Administrator

The Consultant Expense Administrator is responsible for processing expenses for Insight Global's consultant population. Our mission is to provide a streamlined expense process to our consultants through collaboration, education, and innovation. The Consultant Expense Administrator is in constant communication with both the sales field and corporate employees to ensure that our contract employees are paid their expenses in a timely manner, in line with client expense policies and IRS regulation.
Responsibilities
o Reviewing, approving, or rejecting electronic expense reports in Erecruit for weekly payroll.
o Processing manual expense reports and adjustments.
o Verifying expenses are prepared for invoicing to the client.
o Providing superior customer service in resolving expense issues.
o Problem solve and provide solutions to client specific expense requests.
o Assisting with expense audits.
o Assisting the revenue and verifications departments in resolving expense billing issues and
discrepancies.
o Managing data entry workload along with additional reports and processes.
Qualifications
o Customer service experience
o Ability and desire to work as part of a team
o Demonstrated experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
o Excellent interpersonal, and organizational skills
o Ability to research a problem and provide solutions.
o Strong organization skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task
o Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
o Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
