UNIX-SQL Support

Request:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience around 2-4 Year minimum related to L2 production support experience
• Experience of working in a global team.
• Excellent organization and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to learn rapidly on-the-job.
• Self-motivated, ability to identify and resolve issues with minimal oversight.
• Experience in financial services is plus.
• Cloud Application and respective infrastructure Knowledge is a plus.

Technical Expertise: ->

• Programming and scripting of operational administration tasks in Unix & SQL
• Scripting: Basic knowledge of Shell/Python/PowerShell for automation and log analysis.
• Familiarity with any tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Pagerduty, WatchTower, Checknanny or AppDynamics.
• Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy for incident and change management.
• Networking Basics: Understanding of DNS, IP, firewalls, load balancers, ports etc

Willing to work under pressure: ->

• Actively supported troubleshooting and outages in coordination with engineering, developer teams, and outage management
• Proactively identify problems, suggest fixes, and work towards ultimate resolution
• Previously worked in a large organization or with international teams across multiple time zones and possible rotation in weekends
