Tibco Platform Support

Support, maintain, administer, and enhance the TIBCO 5.x integration platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and operational stability across enterprise integrations. The role involves L2/L3 support, incident resolution, platform administration, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) 5.x applications.
• Administer and troubleshoot TIBCO Administrator environments.
• Manage and support TIBCO EMS infrastructure and JMS messaging.
• Perform deployment, configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.

• Support production releases and platform upgrades.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Ensure adherence to SLA and operational governance processes.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x.
• Hands-on experience with TIBCO Administrator.
• Expertise in TIBCO EMS.
• Strong knowledge of JMS messaging patterns.
• Experience in Unix/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of XML, XSD, SOAP, REST services.
• Experience in troubleshooting production issues and performance tuning.
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Apache Camel, Quarkus, and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with migration from TIBCO to Quarkus
