Salary Range : (AUD $128,191 - $136,132 AUD) Annual Gross.

Short Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Test Manager with strong experience in IAM and test automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright. The role requires close collaboration with Design teams, Architects, Product Owners, and third-party vendors to implement performance tuning solutions across both cloud-based and on-premise applications.
Must have Skills.:
Key Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of experience in leadership across functional and nonfunctional testing
- 6+ years in IAM with strong architecture/design ownership in enterprise environments.
- Proven delivery across hybrid identity and multiapp onboarding/integrations. Entra ID / Azure AD + Active Directory integrations; identity protocols and federation.
- SSO/MFA, lifecycle workflows, tenant governance.
- SailPoint provisioning, access certifications, role engineering, connectors/integrations. Strong grasp of identity standards: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM/API integration patterns.
- Ability to produce high quality architecture documentation and communicate to exec + engineering audiences.
- Mentoring/leading engineers and providing architecture assurance.
- Experience in regulated sectors and working to security frameworks.
- Hands on Playwright automation experience
- JIRA experience and excellent communication , stakeholder management
- Excellent understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD
- Experience with SailPoint/IAM, PING and SQL DB
- experience with Identity and Access Management solutions (preferably Sailpoint) platforms and authentication technologies (PING) and concepts such as SAML, SCIM, OAuth, RestAPI.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 10 years of experience with Information Technology
