Telco Cloud Network Engineer

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Telco Cloud Network Engineer to support, operate, troubleshoot, and optimize telecom-grade network infrastructure across service provider, cloud, data center, and enterprise environments. The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of routing, switching, Cisco ACI, F5 LTM, Infoblox DDI, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, WAN, VPN, network security fundamentals, monitoring, and service assurance. The engineer will work closely with Telco operations, NOC, infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams to maintain high availability, resiliency, and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support carrier-grade Telco Cloud network infrastructure.
  
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco ACI, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, and DNS services.
  
• Support networking for OpenStack and OpenShift platforms.
  
• Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting and ensure network availability, performance, and scalability.
  
• Support onboarding and integration of VNFs/CNFs in Telco Cloud environments.
  
• Participate in incident, change, problem, and capacity management activities.
  
• Drive automation using Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
  

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI and SDN technologies.
  
• Good knowledge of OpenStack, OpenShift, and Kubernetes networking.
  
• Strong experience in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, EVPN/VXLAN, IPv4/IPv6.
  
• Experience in Telecom/Telco Cloud environments supporting 4G/5G, IMS, EPC, or CNF/VNF platforms.
  
• Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and RCA.
  
• Knowledge of automation and scripting.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
  
• Certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Service Provider, CCNP Data Center, Cisco ACI Specialist, F5 Certified Administrator, or Infoblox certification are preferred.
  
• Experience in telecom, managed services, cloud network operations, NOC, or large-scale infrastructure transition environments will be an advantage.
