Technology Lead-PLM, AI/ML
Infosys is seeking a results driven Technology Lead with strong expertise in go-to-market (GTM) strategy, product positioning, account-based marketing (ABM), and lifecycle marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving pipeline growth, product adoption, and customer engagement through strategic initiatives, compelling content, and data-driven insights. This role requires exceptional collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be proficient in gathering requirements, documenting user stories, creating test plans and driving Business Acceptance testing. The candidate will also be experienced in working with multiple cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

- Expertise in ABM, GTM strategy, SaaS growth.
- Familiarity with SD-WAN, Wi-Fi technologies, SASE, SSE, cybersecurity, and AI/ML-driven solutions.
- At least 4 years of experience in Product strategy, B2B demand generation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and ROI optimization.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, DOMO, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies and global technology partners.
- Advanced skills in competitive analysis, SWOT, and strategic planning.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Develop and execute GTM strategies for SaaS, networking, cybersecurity, telecom, and hybrid work solutions.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for diverse market segments.
- Lead account lifecycle initiatives, including onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal programs.
- Create high-impact content including pitch decks, whitepapers, solution briefs, and battlecards.
- Implement and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, DOMO, HubSpot, Marketo) for campaign attribution and lifecycle tracking.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and compliance with organizational standards.
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and trend benchmarking to inform strategy.
- Ensure compliance with branding and messaging standards across all marketing channels
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 89,004 to $ 115,491.
