About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master with strong hands-on experience in Agile delivery, team facilitation and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Scrum methodologies, the ability to support technical teams working on Java Spring Boot & Azure and the capability to work closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Agile & Scrum Leadership

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
  

• Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution.
  

Backlog & Delivery Management

• Work closely with Product Owners to groom, refine and prioritize the backlog.
  

• Ensure clarity, completeness and readiness of user stories for development.
  

• Maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) hygiene by tracking sprint tasks, improving workflows and ensuring accurate reporting.
  

Technical Collaboration

• Participate in technical discussions with engineering and business teams to ensure alignment.
  

• Understand high-level technical concepts around Java Spring Boot and Azure to drive effective team communication.
  

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with cross-functional teams such as QA, Architecture, DevOps and Business to enable seamless delivery.
  

• Facilitate collaboration and dependency management across multiple teams.
  

Release & Delivery Governance

• Good to have experience in release planning and coordination, aligning timelines with business goals.
  

• Ensure timely and quality delivery of increments.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master.
  

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Agile frameworks.
  

• Experience working with teams developing Java Spring Boot and Azure technologies.
  

• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for sprint management, dashboards and reporting.
  

• Excellent facilitation, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in global or distributed environments.
  

• Ability to support technical discussions and translate functional requirements into team actions.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in Release Management.
  

• Scrum Master Certification.
  

• Prior experience with large-scale enterprises or FMCG clients.
