Technology Lead - Quadient Inspire
Infosys is seeking a Technology Lead - Quadient Inspire Developer with strong expertise in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions using the Quadient Inspire suite. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building secure, compliant, and scalable omnichannel communication templates tailored for banking products such as account statements, loan communications, regulatory notices, and customer onboarding journeys. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Burnaby/Vancouver, British Columbia OR be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

- Solution Design & Development • Design, configure, and develop communication templates using:
- Quadient Inspire Designer
- Inspire Automation
- Inspire Interactive
- Inspire Scaler/Integrator
• Build and maintain complex document workflows for print, email, SMS, web, and digital banking channels.

• Develop data-driven templates with dynamic content and personalization logic, aligned with banking compliance and customer experience standards. Technical Delivery • Analyze business and regulatory requirements and convert them into scalable CCM solutions.
• Integrate Inspire solutions with upstream and downstream banking systems (Core Banking, LOS, CRM, Payment Systems, APIs, web services, SFTP, etc.).
• Optimize performance, processing throughput, and template rendering speed for high-volume banking communications.
• Troubleshoot defects, template rendering issues, batch failures, and production incidents in BAU environments. Quality Assurance & Governance • Conduct unit testing and support QA teams during system, functional, and UAT testing.
• Maintain version control, documentation, and governance for CCM assets.
• Ensure all communications meet regulatory requirements such as KYC, AML, RBI guidelines, and data privacy standards. Stakeholder Collaboration • Collaborate with business analysts, operations, product teams, risk & compliance, and marketing.
• Participate in requirement gathering, design walkthroughs, and peer reviews.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members. Technical Skills • 5+ years of hands-on development experience with the Quadient Inspire suite.
• Strong expertise in:
- Inspire Designer (Master templates, layouts, workflows)
- Inspire Automation (Batch processing and pipelines)
- Digital and print communication design
• Knowledge of print composition formats (PDF, AFP, PostScript) and digital formats (HTML, email templates).
• Experience working with banking communication types like statements, advices, alerts, onboarding kits, policy notices, and regulatory communications. Soft Skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 81575 to $ 116670
