Technology Lead - Product Owner

Infosys is seeking a Product Manager. In this role, you will serve as the Product Owner for AI-related products and features, owning the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-enabled customer experiences. You will translate customer and business needs into product outcomes, optimize end-to-end customer journeys, prioritize the backlog based on value and impact, and align business, technology, design, data, and delivery stakeholders throughout the product life cycle.

Required Qualifications :

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto/Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification :

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a comparable role delivering complex digital products.
• Strong experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, outcome-based goals, and value propositions aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Experience owning AI-enabled products or features, including defining use cases, validating customer value, partnering with data and engineering teams, and considering responsible AI, privacy, security, and model performance.
• Strong expertise in mapping and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys across digital touchpoints using customer research, analytics, feedback, and experimentation.
• Proven ability to own, refine, and prioritize product backlogs based on customer impact, business value, effort, risk, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience creating epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans, and product documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of Agile product delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with experience leading discovery, refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and release readiness.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to align executives, business teams, UX, engineering, architecture, data, operations, and delivery teams around product priorities and trade-offs.
• Ability to define and track product success metrics, analyze customer and product data, and use insights to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the telecom domain, particularly with customer-facing mobile and web applications, is an added advantage.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 92740 to $ 123375
