Infosys is seeking an Technology Lead - Microsoft D365 CRM.
In this role, you will enable digital transformation for our clients in a global delivery model, research on technologies independently, recommend appropriate solutions and contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards. You will be responsible to interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Burnaby, BC or be willing to relocate to the area.

- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4+ years of Information Technology experience
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in CRM .Net and Azure
- Design, develop, and enhance CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE).
- Customize entities, forms, workflows, plugins, and integrations within CRM.
- Manage and support CRM deployments, including solution packaging, environment management (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod), and release execution.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for CRM deployments using Azure DevOps and follow best practices for solution versioning and release governance.
- Develop and maintain backend services using C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework, and Web APIs.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and database interactions.
- Integrate CRM and applications with external systems using REST APIs and Azure services.
- Implement and support AI-driven capabilities
- Should have experience working with power Apps, power Automate
- Work with Azure components such as App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, and Key Vault.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, grooming sessions, and delivery reviews.
- Coordinate effectively with onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for existing applications.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and deployment processes.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
British Columbia : $ 81575 to $ 111670
