Technology Lead - Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst (5-7 years) Technical Skills: SQL, API, JIRA, Chalk, SNOW

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities (Work with rest of the BA's located in St. Louis)

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, and fellow business analysis professionals
• Design and document business requirements documents in Epics and Stories
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
• Learn TMS application configurations of new workflows
• Configure workflow tasks in TMS based on the business requirements
• Work with the business users to test the workflow configurations
• Follow change management processes to ensure successful deployment of the intakes

Preferred Qualifications: skills and experience

• Mixture of strong analysis and technical expertise.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as Scrum is required
• Ability to work with a dynamic team in a collaborative way
• Experience with data analysis, SQL, understanding of APIs is a must
• Experience with JIRA and Chalk
• RPA/UiPath knowledge

Nice To Have:

• Telecom domain experience preferred
• Experience with case management tools like Servienow is preferred
