Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of SysOps Analyst to join our team
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and support RADAR, Goldfire, and TAMAR applications.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security controls.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and perform RCA.
- Support upgrades, patches, releases, and environment maintenance.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, network, and vendor teams.
- Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
- 5+ years of application support and system administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of application servers, databases, and system integrations.
- Experience with user access management, incident resolution, monitoring, and release management.
- ITIL knowledge preferred.
- Experience with enterprise applications and global support environments.
Type of work: CLT, Flexible hours.
