We are looking for a seasoned Technology Architect with hands-on expertise in UiPath RPA and broader experience in automation strategy, solution architecture, and enterprise integration. The ideal candidate will lead the design and delivery of scalable automation solutions, define best practices, and guide teams across multiple projects and domains.
Your role
- Define and own the end-to-end architecture for RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Analyze complex business processes to identify automation opportunities and define technical roadmaps.
- Develop solution design documents (SDD), process definition documents (PDD), and technical architecture blueprints.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and align them with enterprise goals.
- Lead technical design sessions and create high-level solution architecture documents.
- Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools, frameworks, and integration strategies.
- Evaluate and integrate advanced UiPath capabilities such as AI Center, Document Understanding, and Task Mining.
- Mentor development teams, automation CoE and enforce coding standards and architectural guidelines.
- Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and production readiness assessments.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in RPA, AI/ML, and intelligent automation.
- Strong understanding of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and enterprise-grade automation design.
- Experience with .NET (VB/C#), SQL, REST APIs, and system integrations.
- Proven experience in designing secure, scalable, and resilient automation solutions.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- UiPath Certified Solution Architect and/or UiPath Advanced Developer (UiARD).
- Experience with other automation tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
- Exposure to AI/ML integration with RPA (e.g., document understanding, NLP).
- Prior experience in leading automation programs in insurance or healthcare sectors.
