Technical Test Lead

Infosys is seeking a Technical Test Lead.

As a Technical Test Lead with Capital Market Domain experience , you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert for critical Capital Market Business workflow working with Business team. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irvine, California or be willing to relocate to the area. This position is for Irvine, California

• 4 years of Capital Market Domain experience, business functional processes and trading instruments in Fixed Income, Equity, Derivatives and OTC
• Should have experience in Front-office, Middle-office, and Back-office operations
• Strong Analytical and Communication skills along with Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Should have worked to gather detailed, specific, business requirements and functional specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
• Should be well versed with end-to-end Integration Testing, Test Strategy / Approach, ETL and data flow troubleshooting across interface (RMQ, DB pull, Kafka, file based etc.)
• Must be Proficient in Agile methodology and experience with Jira, designing Testcases, Test Execution as well as experience documenting software defects.
• Maintain automated test scripts libraries for Functional, Regression testing
• At least 4 years of experience in leading testing teams taking complete ownership of deliverables
• Experience in Test Deliveries in an onsite offshore model
• Experience in creating Integration Test Strategy and Test Plan
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and liaison with business teams to support UAT testing

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle
• Experience with using AWS Cloud services- Athena, S3, CloudWatch, EMR, AWS CLI etc., API Testing using Postman/Swagger
• At least 4 years of experience in testing (SIT and UAT), test execution analysis & reporting
• At least 4 years of experience in using Cloud Technologies- AWS, API testing using Postman
• Experienced in working with multiple Data bases such Cloud Athena, Dromio, Oracle, Padman
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries
• Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Abilities in Test Strategizing, planning and co-ordination
• Translate user requirements and application features into testing requirements
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills

For candidates based out of Irvine, CA estimated annual compensation will be

$72,992 to 94,889
