Technical Test Lead

Infosys is seeking an Automation Test Lead , you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 4 years of Information Technology experience.

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boston, MA or be willing to relocate of this area.
- This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
- At least 4 years of software testing experience.
- Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Experience in designing automation framework for PROSe.Experience in designing automation framework for PROSe.
- Hands on automation experience using QTP/Ranorex automation tool creating solutions for different scenarios.
- Selenium setting up frameworks and understanding.
- Experience building UI and back-end automated test harnesses.
- Strong knowledge of test harness frameworks and coding best practices.
- Experience in creating continuous integration framework for smooth execution.
- Working knowledge in various methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum.
- Experience in managing projects and prioritizing workload whilst meeting project milestones and deliverable dates.
- Exposure to Agile, TDD, BDD.
- Strong knowledge in banking domain - Capital Markets or payments.
- Good Presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
