Technical Project Manager
Infosys is seeking a Technical Project Manager- This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the software development life cycle including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition and design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. lesioning with the business stakeholders and IT team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Washington, DC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

- At least 7 years in information technology
- Experience in technical project / program management.
- At least 7 years of experience in leading end-to-end delivery of programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and release management.
- Experience in managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and quality across multiple engineering teams.
- Act as the single point of accountability for client communication, status reporting, and escalation management.
- Exposure to cloud-native platforms, containers, CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience managing programs with strict SLAs and regulatory requirements.
- PMP / SAFe / Agile certifications
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions across the delivery lifecycle, including.
- AI/ML lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- NLP and LLM-based use cases (automation, analytics, decision support).
- Tool evaluation, integration, and governance.
- Architecture skills for large-scale distributed systems.
- Understanding of Java & J2EE experience (Spring, microservices, REST APIs, UI technologies - React JS).
- Solid understanding of AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, including lifecycle and tooling.
