Technical Project Manager

Infosys is seeking a Technical Project Manager. This position's primary responsibility will be to help enterprises achieve greater business connect, faster user acceptance, and shorter turnaround times & act as a key contributor in the team at different phases of the project including discovery, solution generation, design/architecture and the detailing of the overall process. The chosen candidate will be involved in the recommendation, configuration, evaluation and deployment of high-quality solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience as an analyst in Information Technology.
  • Experience in Business Analysis Skills - Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies and experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
  • Candidate should be able to connect with business team and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
    Ability to communicate effectively with multiple collaborators at onsite such as DBA, Infrastructure team, Network team, Business, Architecture group.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Recent experience in area of Mortgage Loan Servicing, Mortgage Default management and Foreclosures.
  • Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business associates.
  • Knowledge of Agile and its principles and Data analysis skills
  • Analytical, Communication, Planning and Co-ordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter, Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires travel.
