Description
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the definition, delivery, and evolution of complex technical product platforms and services. This role bridges business strategy and engineering execution and requires strong platform thinking, architectural awareness, and hands-on product definition skills.
The role combines product leadership, technical depth, and execution ownership, operating across multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, reliable, and reusable platform capabilities.
Qualifications
Required
- 5-7+ years of experience in product management, or software engineering with a strong technical focus.
- Proven ability to write epics, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong background in Java Backend or Java Fullstack development, with solid understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud concepts.
- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with roadmap.
- Act as Product Owner during agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Experience in technical collaboration with Architects, Program Managers, business functions etc.
- Proven experience owning and delivering technical products, platforms, APIs, or shared services.
- Strong understanding of modern software development, including microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
- Experience delivering products from concept to launch in agile or hybrid environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
