In-Depth Business Analysis

Analyze telecom operations, troubleshooting workflows, and support processes to identify optimization opportunities. Translate business requirements into detailed workflow logic, decision points, and system behavior aligned with industry best practices.

Solution Evaluation and Benchmarking

Evaluate workflow effectiveness using field feedback and operational insights; benchmark existing processes to identify improvements such as call deflection, automation, and enhanced customer experience.

Technical Documentation and Articulation

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including workflow designs, configuration details, methods & procedures (M&Ps), decision logic, and process flows to ensure clarity, consistency, and standardization.

Product Research and Analysis

Research and assess new tools, troubleshooting approaches, and workflow capabilities to support digital care and telecom operations, incorporating innovative methods and technologies into workflow design.

Implementation Support and Maintenance

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and UX teams to implement workflows; support testing, validation, and deployment. Continuously update workflows based on stakeholder feedback and operational changes to ensure stability and performance post-implementation.

Job Level : 5A (Should be good fit for "Sr. Consultant" Role)

Rate: $70. This project is Fixed price to client
