Technical Business Analyst
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field
• Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA)
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with system integration projects and data migration initiatives
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Strong understanding of database concepts, SQL queries, and data analysis
• Experience with requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Familiarity with API technologies, web services, and integration patterns
• Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience
• Prior experience working with offshore development teams
• IA Business Analyst Certification is recommended
