JOB DESCRIPTION: -
Role Overview:
Project Management function is responsible for supporting, managing, and leading the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, activation, and professional services projects.
This role family spans from project coordination and execution support to full ownership of complex, high-value programs with financial and commercial accountability, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
Experience Required: 7-10 years of experience in project management experience, including ownership of large-scale, complex projects, financial governance, budgeting, and commercial oversight.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage end-to-end project delivery for infrastructure, activation, and professional services projects.
  • Assist in and lead the preparation of project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
  • Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project activities, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
  • Build & maintain detailed project plans using enterprise-grade project mgmt tools.
  • Schedule, lead, and participate in project meetings, and prepare MoMs, status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, bottlenecks, escalate timely.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, quality expectations.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant project documentation, records, and audit artifacts.
  • Manage and oversee project budgets, financial forecasts, cost controls, and expense tracking.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify variances, & implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee contracts, statements of work (SOWs), time logs, schedules, and vendor deliverables.
  • Coordinate procurement activities, vendor follow-ups, & commercial alignments
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and financial insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Act as a central communication point between project teams, customers, partners, and senior management.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships and a collaborative project delivery culture.
  • Support and drive timely delivery, cost-saving, and margin-improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor project team members and promote continuous improvement and delivery best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, governance, and project management methodologies.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced, complex environments.

  • Proven experience managing projects across any domain, including end-to-end delivery and execution ownership.
  • Strong understanding of Telecom, Networking, Switching, and Cloud fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Extensive project management experience, including financial oversight, budgeting, cost control, and commercial governance.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Primavera.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, analytical, & decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex, high-risk priorities and deliver within tight timelines.
Certifications:
  • PMP - Project Management Professional
  • Scrum Master - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • ITIL v4 - Information Technology Infrastructure Library
