Tax & Accounting Process Specialist

Currently we are looking for a candidate for the position of:
Tax & Accounting Process Specialist
Location: Lodz - hybrid or remote

Responsibilities:
Performing Finance & Accounting and Tax processes
Conducting data analysis and providing clear data overviews to support decision-making
Participating in client calls
Active involvement in various tax-related projects
Taking part in implementing improvements across business processes
Supporting engagements related to tax processes
Participation in indirect tax projects, such as tax treatment and process reviews or transitioning tax processes from the client to the outsourcing partner
Actively contributing to the Continuous Improvement culture, identifying optimization opportunities and supporting best practices

Requirements:
2-3 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting processes, including RTR, OTC, PTP and Tax, or in a similar role
Very good command of English (min. B2) - essential for client communication
Very good command of Polish (min. B2) - essential for client communication
Knowledge of SAP
Good command of MS Excel, including report preparation, VLOOKUP, pivot tables
Proven experience in customer-facing roles
Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, action-oriented approach
Analytical skills, with strong attention to detail when working with data and reports
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
