Tax & Accounting Process Lead

Currently we are looking for a candidate for the position of:
Tax & Accounting Process Lead
Location: Lodz - hybrid or remote

Responsibilities:
Performing Finance & Accounting and Tax processes within internal and external projects
Conducting data analysis and providing clear data overviews to support decision-making
Participating in and leading client calls, including discussions and negotiations
Active involvement in various tax-related projects
Designing, implementing and driving improvements across business processes
Supporting engagements related to tax processes
Participation in indirect tax projects, such as tax treatment and process reviews or transitioning tax processes from the client to the outsourcing partner
Actively contributing to the Continuous Improvement culture, identifying optimization opportunities and supporting best practices

Requirements:
4-6 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting processes, including RTR, OTC, PTP and Tax, or in a similar role
Very good command of English (min. B2) - essential for client communication
Very good command of Polish (min. B2) - essential for client communication
Strong knowledge of SAP
Good command of MS Excel, including report preparation, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and usage/maintenance of VBA macros
Proven experience in customer-facing roles, including calls and negotiations
Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, action-oriented approach
Highly developed analytical skills, with strong attention to detail when working with data and reports
Excellent organizational skills, enabling effective management of multiple tasks or projects with varying deadlines
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
Project management experience will be considered a strong asset
