REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a person with:

• • 4+ years of recruitment or talent operations experience, including complex workflow coordination, screening, quality review or reporting.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience; HR, talent acquisition, business or analytics discipline preferred
  • Strong understanding of ATS/ERP, candidate workflow and talent-administration processes, Microsoft Office and reporting tools
  • Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors / HCM, relevant SuccessFactors modules, HR4You (ServiceNow HRSD) would be an asset
  • Experience with structured screening, market mapping, feedback analysis and vendor coordination
  • Knowledge of candidate privacy, talent-data confidentiality and hiring controls
  • Ability to coach associates and manage complex operational cases
  • Fluency in French/German and English (min C1 level)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your key activities:

• • Conduct first round or screening interviews and provide structured screening summaries and candidate shortlists.
  • Execute direct-search research, market mapping and candidate-identification support.
  • Consolidate and analyze interview feedback in the recruiting system.
  • Coordinate cooperation with recruitment agencies and related administrative activities
  • Coordinate candidates through the recruitment process, including background checks and offer preparation.
  • Ensure recruitment data in the ATS is accurate and complete and coordinate any required corrections.
  • Monitor recruitment service levels and candidate experience, address recurring issues and keep recruitment procedures up to date.
