As part of a large-scale global transformation, a world-leading FMCG company has partnered with Infosys to redesign and elevate its Global Business Services (GBS) to world-class standards. To support this journey, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join the Greenfield GBS team in Bucharest. This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition activities across critical hiring mandates, ensuring best-in-class recruitment delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and candidate experience.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the local recruitment market, strong sourcing capabilities, recruitment analytics experience, and a proven ability to manage hiring processes with rigor, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, including requisition management, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Proactively identify and engage top talent for critical and strategic roles through innovative sourcing strategies and market mapping.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver high-quality recruitment analytics, reporting, and recruitment status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Ensure adherence to end-to-end recruitment governance, compliance requirements, and process excellence standards.
  • Maintain process rigor and ensure recruitment activities are aligned with established process design and operational guidelines.
  • Drive a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Leverage talent acquisition technologies, analytics, and sourcing tools to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and recruitment optimization.
Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment within the local market.
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and business functions.
  • Proven expertise in proactive sourcing and pipeline development for critical and niche roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Experience using recruitment analytics, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools to drive hiring outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Language Requirements
  • Fluency in the local language is mandatory.
  • Strong fluency in English, both written and verbal, is imperative.
