Short Description:

Looking for the Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will be responsible for
1. NB/POS
2. Appian-specific
3. Agile/scrum

Roles and Responsibilities:

• NB / POS Expert Responsibilities:

• Work on existing and future NB / POS process and system enhancement.
• Define and validate NB/POS business rules and procedures in new system.
• Validate all process paths and exceptions.
• Provide operational judgment for requirement decisions.
• Quality check and ensure system behavior matches real operations

• SME Responsibilities for Specific project (NB and POS workbench)

• Work with project team to define production-ready define production-ready requirements.
• Define manual handoff and system boundaries
• Assist project documentation delivery.
• Support UAT and formal acceptance.
• Participate in go-live decision.

• Agile /Scrum Responsibilities

• Participate in sprints, including preparation, development, review and acceptance
• Provide timely business clarification.
• Support backlog refinement.
• Reduce rework risk through early validation.

Skills /Competencies:
1. Good communication skills and fewer conflict and misunderstanding
2. Self-motivation and guidance, attention to detail, and multiple tasks.
3. Encourage in a team-oriented collaborative environment and demonstrate agile and data-driven
thinking to provide appropriate solutions

Essential:
1. Education: Bachelor or Master
2. Subject: Information or Business or Management or Science
3. Deep NB / POS operational experience. (at least 3 years)
4. Familiar compliance, internal control, auditing knowledge.
5. Strong business judgement.
6. Strong cross-functional collaboration
7. Computer: MS Office
8. language: Mandarin & English (Speaking, listening, reading, writing)
9. Project management methodology, Team management, Knowledge of products, procedures, process and the organization of the relevant fields

Preferred:
1. Experience with Appian or BPM platforms, especially BA/SA
2. Knowledge of insurance core systems.
3. Multi-channel (bank/broker/agent) experience
