Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server database administration, with a strong focus on SQL Server 2019 and later versions .

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting and managing SQL Server Always On availability groups and clustering .

Proven expertise in SQL Server performance tuning , including both platform-level optimization and T-SQL query/code tuning .

Extensive operational support experience across Azure PaaS and IaaS environments , as well as on-premises SQL Server platforms.

Demonstrated, hands-on experience migrating SQL Server databases from on-premises to Azure (rehost, refactor, or re-architect approaches).

Strong sense of ownership , with the ability to proactively manage projects end-to-end and effectively engage with stakeholders.

Hands-on experience with MongoDB and/or Confluent Kafka platforms is a strong plus.
