Sourcing/Category Buyer with Turkish

Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Sourcing/Category Buyer with Turkish
Location: Lodz - hybrid or remote

Responsibilities:
Developing and executing sourcing strategies in close collaboration with Indirect Category Portfolio Leads and senior stakeholders across functions such as Marketing, IT & Telecom, Workplace, HR Services and Workforce
Driving sourcing and cost optimization initiatives based on insights gained from spend analysis
Leading end-to-end project management across sourcing initiatives
Conducting supplier negotiations covering contracts, pricing, payment terms, and catalogs, ensuring full compliance with internal policies
Executing sourcing processes including RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs
Performing spend analysis to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities
Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to align procurement strategies with business needs
Managing supplier selection and delivering cost savings through structured procurement methodologies for services projects
Preparing, analyzing, negotiating, and administering procurement documents such as RFIs, RFPs, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Change Requests (CRs)
Preparing and reporting cost-saving calculations to support procurement and sourcing initiatives
Leading governance with client stakeholders and internal team
Identifying opportunities for transformation and bringing in value delivery

Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of overall relevant experience in Sourcing & Procurement area, mostly in strategic initiatives (Capex Investment / MRO, direct materials)
Competencies and experience in Maintenance, Capex projects, and Spare Parts category are required
Direct experience working in a factory environment
Hands on experience in handling e-Sourcing projects across categories
Good in English & Turkish language on min C1 level (essential for client communication purposes)
Ability and proven experience in drafting sourcing planning, business case creation, sourcing execution including TCO approach
Hands on working experience in an ERP environment
Exposure to RFx/ eSourcing Tools, experience on leading platforms
Experience in a matrix-managed organization would be an asset
