Sourcing Specialist

Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Sourcing Specialist to join our team

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and track purchase orders (POs)
• Ensure procurement compliance and budget adherence
• Coordinate approvals with Finance and leadership
• Manage vendor pricing, contracts, and renewals
• Maintain supplier relationships and performance governance
• Resolve invoicing, shipment, and contract discrepancies
• Forecast and manage global hardware inventory
• Oversee asset lifecycle management and refresh planning
• Coordinate logistics, returns, and asset disposal activities
• Track procurement spend, inventory, and purchasing trends
• Develop procurement dashboards, KPIs, and reports
• Perform spend analysis and cost optimization reviews
• Identify procurement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Support audits and maintain procurement documentation
• Standardize procurement workflows and operating procedures
• Evaluate and implement procurement tools and integrations
• Partner with IT, Finance, HR, and Security stakeholders
• Provide hardware availability and delivery status updates
• Serve as SME and escalation point for procurement operations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Min 6 years of relevant experience in supporting
• strategic sourcing and contracting activities for applicable category, including opportunity assessment, spend analytics, professional services category strategies, sourcing strategies, support with the negotiation scripts for category managers, and contract analysis, managing tactical sourcing or spot-buying
• for indirect spend
• Understanding of sourcing processes, analysis, opportunity assessment, and contract coordination stakeholder followups,
• supplier mgmt., RFx templates management, and analytical skills
• Background the technology category desirable.
