Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Service Desk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support across Latin America, interacting with clients via chat (85%) and calls (15%);
  • Level 1 support (handling questions, routing requests, and providing IT service assistance).
Requirements:
  • Knowledge in IT, microcomputing, Windows, and Microsoft Office suite;
  • Advanced Spanish for conversation.
Work Model: On-site (at the office in Nova Lima/MG)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 2:20 PM
