Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Service Desk to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support across Latin America, interacting with clients via chat (85%) and calls (15%);
- Level 1 support (handling questions, routing requests, and providing IT service assistance).
- Knowledge in IT, microcomputing, Windows, and Microsoft Office suite;
- Advanced Spanish for conversation.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 2:20 PM
Additional information:
Type of work: CLT, Flexible hours.
