Service Desk

Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Service Desk to join our team

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Desenvolver e manter pipelines de dados escaláveis e eficientes utilizando Python e PySpark.
• Integrar e consumir APIs externas para enriquecimento de dados.
• Implementar e gerenciar processos de catalogação e governança de dados com Apache Atlas e Azure Purview.
• Automatizar processos de ingestão e transformação de dados em ambientes cloud (Azure).
• Criar e manter documentação técnica dos processos e estruturas de dados.
• Trabalhar em colaboração com times de arquitetura, engenharia e governança de dados.

Communication & Relationships Skills

• To deliver a first line support service via the Service Desk, receiving incidents and service requests from various routes including telephone, web tickets, chat and e mail.
• Offering advice to end users on all IT related areas. This will include working as part of a team, in order to share knowledge and work together to increase performance standards
