Job Description

We're looking for an Oracle Integration Cloud Architect for UK public sector clients. You'll need to guide & supporting projects and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities.

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the Oracle Fusion/SaaS integration landscape.
  • Design scalable Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) roadmaps that translate client challenges into high-performance integration solutions.
  • Build and deploy robust integrations using advanced OIC features and a wide range of connectors.
  • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the delivery team.
  • Communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups, bridging gaps and building trust.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and develop innovative integration solutions.
  • Lead proactive troubleshooting efforts to ensure system reliability and stability.
  • Drive performance optimization and automation across integration processes.
  • Manage OIC projects efficiently, overseeing tasks, resources, and timelines.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with security, performance, and governance standards.
  • Support cloud migration initiatives and hybrid integration strategies.
  • Document solution architectures and contribute to proof-of-concept (PoC) activities.
  • Collaborate with clients and vendors to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand pain points and propose effective technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reference architectures, integration design patterns, and standards.
  • Contribute to proposal development by owning relevant sections and providing solution design inputs based on domain expertise.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, PoC workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgets and organizational financial guidelines.
  • Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
  • Contribute to proposal development and client interaction activities as needed.

  • Over 15 years of experience in integration design and development, with a strong focus on middleware technologies.
  • More than 6 years of specialized expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development, deployment, and solution architecture.
  • Proven track record of leading and architecting complex OIC projects across diverse industry domains, particularly within the Oracle Fusion/SaaS ecosystem.
  • Well-versed in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across technical and business teams.
  • Hands-on experience with identity and access management (IAM) and single sign-on (SSO) integrations, ensuring secure and seamless user access.
Preferred
  • Experience with other Oracle Middleware technologies.
  • Experience with API design and management principles.
  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices.
  • One or two industry domain knowledge.
