Role: Senior Technology Architect
Location: Sydney
Salary: AUD 142,760- 158,366(Annual Gross)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead program management efforts for Test Data Management initiatives.
- Develop and execute robust test data strategies and solutions tailored to specific project needs.
- Coordinate test data refresh and masking activities for enterprise applications.
- Gather testing and data masking compliance requirements, and translate them into actionable data management approaches.
- Conduct customer and stakeholder meetings, driving technical discussions and ensuring effective coordination.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and track key performance indicators related to data quality and testing.
- Proficiency in stakeholder and program management.
- Strong capability in devising and implementing test data strategies and solutions.
- Expertise in test data masking, subsetting, and cleansing techniques.
- Familiarity with test data profiling, data quality assessment, and KPI tracking.
- Experience in managing test scenario and requirement gathering processes, as well as estimating and provisioning test data.
- Ability to provide pre-sales support, including crafting proposals, solutions, and estimates.
- Hands-on experience with database technologies such as DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL for enterprise applications.
- Advanced scripting skills using SQL, PL/SQL, SSIS, and JCL are advantageous.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools like Control-M, ESP, and Endevor.
- Prior experience with Test Data Management tools like Broadcom CA TDM, Compuware FileAid, and RDX.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
