Senior Systems Engineer

Infosys Brasil is looking for professionals with a Power Platform Developer profile to join our team.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard creation, and business reporting.
• Experience with Power Query (M) and DAX.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online administration, including sites, lists, libraries, and permission management.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem integrations, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of information security, privacy, and sensitive data handling practices.
• Advanced English proficiency for collaboration in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources processes such as recruitment, compensation, talent management, and employee documentation.
• Experience with process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of enterprise collaboration and productivity solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications and solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance Power Platform solutions.
• Develop and optimize automation workflows using Power Automate.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and datasets in Power BI.
• Implement data models and business rules using DAX and Power Query (M).
• Manage SharePoint Online environments, including sites, document libraries, and access controls.
• Analyze, document, and implement process improvements focused on automation and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical and functional support to users.
• Troubleshoot incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with global teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across implemented solutions.
