Job Description:

Service Scope:

  • Incident Management - Triage is in scope. Setting up the NOC bridge is the responsibility of the GMF NOC team and incase resolution warrants code fixes it will be hand-off to GMF L3/L4 team.
  • Problem Management / RCA
  • Only Prod Environment is in Scope
  • Application Monitoring of all components in Production
  • Coordination between the team to resolve the issues
  • Debugging of issue
  • Minor fixes only in scope i.e. Configuration changes, updating credentials, Updating certificates
  • Vulnerability Remediation - Limited to running the DevOps Pipeline as per the standard remediation policy.
  • Infra Provisioning using DevOps Pipeline (Terraform skills) as per the standard operating procedure.
