Job Description:
Service Scope:
- Incident Management - Triage is in scope. Setting up the NOC bridge is the responsibility of the GMF NOC team and incase resolution warrants code fixes it will be hand-off to GMF L3/L4 team.
- Problem Management / RCA
- Only Prod Environment is in Scope
- Application Monitoring of all components in Production
- Coordination between the team to resolve the issues
- Debugging of issue
- Minor fixes only in scope i.e. Configuration changes, updating credentials, Updating certificates
- Vulnerability Remediation - Limited to running the DevOps Pipeline as per the standard remediation policy.
- Infra Provisioning using DevOps Pipeline (Terraform skills) as per the standard operating procedure.
