Senior SAP HCM Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • This position may require travel to Project / client locations.
  • This role may Involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). Hence the eligible candidates must be US citizens or Permanent Residents only.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
  • At least 4 years of experience in SAP HCM Skills, especially US payroll and success factors
  • At least 4 years of experience in Development Design / problem analysis /solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
  • At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
  • Analytical and Communication skills
  • Planning and Co-ordination skills
  • Knowledge on HCM US Payroll and ESS, MSS, HRSS workflows
  • The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

  • SAP HCM Functional and Technical experience handle Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, ESS and MSS and Payroll transactions.
  • Knowledge on WRICEF, Idoc's, Bdocs, Batch processing in HCM
  • HCM Integration knowledge with 3 rd party tools/success factors and SAP solutionmager CHARM.
  • Labor Rates and Costing Implementation
  • Knowledge on Web UI or Webdynpro, Fiori screen functional design .

    Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
    In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA: $73,000 to $102,200
    In Washington, DC: $66,500 to $100,300
