Senior Project Manager - SAP Projects & Farming

Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - SAP PROJECTS & FARMING to join our team.

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Monitor the health of the portfolio in terms of financial aspects and efficiency of qualitative results;
• Monitor and track project progress with project leaders, observing budget execution, scope, schedule, team capacity, project risks and implementing corrective actions when necessary;
• Ensure delivery in accordance with project planning;
• Organize and facilitate remote project monitoring meetings with multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative environment;
• Establish an efficient project communication mechanism with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, stakeholders and teams;
• Resolve conflicts and manage crisis situations proactively and assertively;
• Experience working with the client's team and other suppliers;

Required Qualifications:

• Senior Project Manager, responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of projects effectively and efficiently;
• Mentality focused on results, performance and value delivery;
• Experience in agile and waterfall project management methodologies such as PMBOK, SCRUM, COBIT, PMP, LPM (Lean);
• Skills in conflict resolution and crisis management;
