Job Description
• drive the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives within our aeronautics environment.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects including PLM/MES integrations and digital transformation initiatives specific to aeronautics operations
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across IT and business stakeholder teams
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and quality departments to ensure IT solutions align with aeronautics processes and regulatory requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk registers; escalate issues proactively to senior leadership
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups) or manage waterfall/hybrid project structures as appropriate
