To be successful in this journey, we are looking for a dedicated Finnish and English-speaking Payroll Expert to join our team in Finland.

Role: Payroll Specialist
Location: Linnavouri, Suolathi or remote

What You'll Do

• Manage Finnish payroll operations with a high level of accuracy, ensuring full compliance.
• Collaborate with international teams to support multi-country payroll processes.
• Ensure adherence to tax laws, labor regulations, and SOX/local compliance requirements.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and transformation initiatives.
• Handle payroll escalations and provide expert guidance to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits and year-end testing.

What You'll Bring

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Finnish payroll processing.
• Experience working with international and offshore teams.
• Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Workday.
• Strong coordination, validation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both Finnish and English.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to perform well under pressure.
