Senior Process Specialist

Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Finance Analyst to join our team

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day activities of accountants across LATAM client accounts.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end close processes for Brazilian and LATAM entities.
• Review and validate journal entries and reconciliations compliant with BR GAAP and local standards.
• Support the Finance Manager in multi-country financial reporting and analysis.
• Ensure team collaboration with clients and cross-functional stakeholders in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7-9 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably within a LATAM service provider environment.
• Knowledge of BR GAAP, IFRS, and Brazilian/LATAM financial regulations.
• Fluent Portuguese and Spanish, proficient English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ERP and accounting software for multi-country operations.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a shared services model.
