Senior Process Specialist

Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Finance Analyst to join our team

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and ensure accuracy under Brazilian GAAP and applicable LATAM local standards.
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis across multi-country ledgers.
• Support month-end close processes for Brazilian and LATAM operations.
• Assist in audits and compliance activities, aligning with Brazilian and LATAM regulations.
• Manage general ledger and subsidiary ledgers with focus on multi-country data integrity.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or related roles within Brazil and/or LATAM.
• Familiarity with Brazilian and LATAM tax rules and accounting standards.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• Knowledge of BR GAAP, IFRS, and local LATAM accounting principles.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Communication in Portuguese and Spanish with working proficiency in English.
• Experience in shared services or multi-country finance operations.
