Job Title: Senior Process Lead HR Data Management Specialist - Especialista Senior en Gestión de Datos de RH
Location: México, City
The Data Management Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of employee and organizational data in TMICC. This role includes managing HR master data, supporting mass data uploads, participate in UAT efforts related to data changes, and support any data related projects in HR Operations and Services.
Mandatory:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in data management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of data management tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong HR data background.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex requirements and solutions.
- Passion for innovation and continuous process improvement
- Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular audits and validations.
- Manage HR master data and organizational data
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide support and solutions.
- Manage mass data uploads
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate data from various sources.
- Provide support and training to staff on data management best practices.
- Maintain documentation related to data management processes and procedures.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present data to non-technical audiences.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
