Role: - Senior Process Executive (Payroll Officer)
Location: - Sydney (Parramatta)
Status - 12 Months fixed term contract
NOTE - Only applicants with Australia full work right, i.e., holding a valid visa will be considered for the role.

JOB DESCRIPTION: -
We are currently seeking applications for the position of experienced Payroll Officer.
Preferred Qualifications: -

  • Qualified Accountant (CA, CPA, CMA)
  • Payroll Officer with 2-3 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience preferrable with SAP and Government sector. Payroll officers will be working on senior executive employees' payroll.
Other Essential Skills and Requirements: -
  • Processing master data changes, change of hours, allowances and deduction
  • Processing timesheets and leave application
  • Updating master data for legislation changes
  • Creation and maintenance of organization units, roles, their relationships. Create, delimit, change roles
  • Processing changes related to Positions and Org. Units - Reporting line, Title or Abbreviation, Planned Compensation, Account assignment, EG/SG, Location
  • Process and provide termination and redundancy estimates
  • Setting up new starters and calculation of Total remuneration package/ Salary packaging
  • Responsible for the timely follow up and response to all payroll queries
  • Checking of payroll reports - variance check, no super, duplicate bank and TFN
  • Providing support for audits and ad hoc reporting
