Senior Principal - SAP ISU FICA

Infosys Consulting is seeking experienced Senior Management Consultant with SAP ISU FICA background

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP ISU FICA implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design and configure FICA processes including invoicing, payments, dunning, and collections.
• Provide strategic consulting on business process improvements and system integration.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ISU FICA.
• Proven track record in consulting roles with utility industry clients.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and integration with SAP modules (FICA, Billing, Device & Field Mgmt., CS).
• Experience in program or project management, including stakeholder engagement and risk management.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
