Role Overview
Infosys Consulting is strengthening its partnerships with leading technology and product firms to expand our footprint across the Financial Services sector. As part of this effort, we are looking to bring on a Senior Principal, Strategic Product Alliances - Risk & Compliance, who can help shape, grow, and manage our most strategic partner relationships. This role will work closely with our consulting teams, partner organizations and client account leaders to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and translate alliance potential into visible pipeline and revenue.
This is a highly collaborative role that blends relationship management, commercial strategy, and deep awareness of the financial services landscape.
Core Responsibilities
1. Partnership & Relationship Management:
- Own and nurture relationships with key product and technology partners across the FS ecosystem. Engage with partner C-suite and product leadership to define joint value propositions.
- Establish trust and ongoing executive-level engagement between Infosys and partner organizations.
- Act as the primary coordination point across legal, delivery, sales, and product teams.
- Develop and run joint GTM plans with partners and internal sales teams.
- Identify priority accounts and create targeted pursuit strategies.
- Coordinate joint campaigns, events, solution showcases, and executive briefings.
- Generate and qualify partner-led opportunities in target accounts.
- Track alliance-driven pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance regularly.
- Work with account teams to position partner offerings effectively within client conversations.
- Equip consulting and sales teams with the right collateral, narratives, and use cases for partner solutions.
- Facilitate internal training, demos, and capability sessions to drive awareness of partner offerings.
- Collaborate with partner product teams to refine solution fit for specific FS use cases.
- Drive coordination across global stakeholder groups and Infosys delivery units.
- Align deal-level execution between Infosys project teams and partner technical resources.
- Ensure strong governance and rhythm-of-business between Infosys and partner organizations.

- Support structuring commercial agreements, partner program compliance, and incentive frameworks.
- Maintain clarity on pricing models, revenue attribution, and funding mechanisms.
- Bachelor's degree in business/technology-related field; MBA a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in alliances, partner sales, business development, or consulting, preferably within Financial Services.
- Deep domain expertise in financial services (Risk & Compliance, Banking & Payments) and product/solution orientation (SaaS, platform, marketplace)
- Experience working with enterprise technology vendors in Risk & Compliance (SaaS, cloud, FS platforms) or with product-led consulting motions.
- Demonstrated success in driving joint GTM strategies and influencing revenue through partnerships.
- Demonstrated track record of generating partner driven pipeline from alliances.
- Strong storytelling, relationship management, and executive-communication skills.
- Comfort managing multiple stakeholders across geographies and functions.
- Ability to travel extensively

- Familiarity with FS domains such as Banking, Payments, Capital Markets, Risk & Compliance, RegTech, and similar.
- Exposure to marketplace / ecosystem-driven selling models.
- Experience running solution workshops, partner roadshows, or customer-facing demos.
- Understanding of contract structures, partner incentive plans, and alliance governance models.
This position plays a key part in expanding Infosys Consulting's influence across the product and platform landscape. You will help shape how we co-innovate with strategic partners, strengthen account positioning, and create differentiated offerings for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product growth within one of the world's leading consulting firms.
The total compensation (Base + Bonus) for this role is between $241,000 to $300,000.
