Role Overview

We are seeking a senior commercial leader with 15+ years of experience to own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, spanning pre-sales, pursuit management, sales execution, and post-sales governance (including service and warranty management).
In this role, you will drive domain-led sales and consulting solutions, lead complex pursuits, and ensure seamless transition from opportunity to delivery. Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, you will align cross-functional teams across geographies and translate business requirements into scalable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including pursuit, deal shaping, closure, and post-sales governance
  • Lead complex bids and pursuits, including RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and commercial structuring
  • Partner with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to design and position differentiated solutions
  • Ensure effective transition from sales to delivery with strong governance and stakeholder alignment
  • Engage with C-suite and senior client stakeholders to articulate value and drive strategic conversations
  • Build and challenge commercial models, business cases, and pricing strategies
  • Drive accountability for win rates, revenue realization, and client outcomes

Required Skills & Experience
  • 15+ years of experience across Sales, Consulting, and/or Engineering within global or enterprise environments
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end sales execution with ownership of high-value deals
  • Proven experience in leading large, complex pursuits and bid governance
  • Strong understanding of technology consulting and solutioning frameworks, including requirement analysis and solution design
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed teams across geographies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership levels
  • Strong commercial acumen, including business case creation and deal structuring

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with P&L ownership or commercial leadership in a consulting/services organization
  • Exposure to integrated sales and service delivery models
  • Background in consulting-led sales within technology-driven environments
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., APMP, Miller Heiman, Shipley)
  • Familiarity with AI-led or next-gen (Agentic AI) solutioning approaches
