Senior Innovation Analyst

Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the following profile Senior Innovation Analyst to join our team.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in innovation projects (practical knowledge in applying methodologies).
• Advanced knowledge of Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint - mainly).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Group facilitation: ability to lead and apply innovation tools in problem-solving teams.

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Facilitate the evolution of problem teams in E2E practices, aligning theories, rules, and values.
• Build materials and reports on the initiatives and products under your responsibility.
• Facilitate sessions and workshops for applying the methodology with problem teams.
• Encourage an agile mindset in problem teams, maintaining a focus on the value of deliveries.
• Execute innovation products for business areas.
• Activate the innovation agent at strategic moments indicated in the E2E manual.
• Activate the innovation agent to remove obstacles to initiatives (when necessary).
• Support project teams in preparing technical specifications for testing contracts.
• Support the development of internal materials (from management) and other innovation. products required by the client.
• Support in technical documentation of solutions so that they can be replicated in other locations.
• Ensure the effective participation of people who have the information necessary for the initiative to evolve throughout the E2E.
• Ensure the application of good innovation practices to guarantee positive impact/delivery of value to the business.
