Infosys is seeking an experienced Senior Dot Net Developer to drive application maintenance and support program. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in .NET, SQL, Azure Services. This role requires exceptional stakeholder and customer relationship management skills, along with sufficient AI knowledge to confidently engage in strategic discussions with senior client leadership. Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • At least 2 years experience in C# (advanced concepts: async/await, LINQ, delegates, events), .NET Framework & .NET (Core / .NET 6+), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, SOLID principles and design patterns (Factory, Singleton, Repository, MVC, CQRS), Multithreading and parallel programming. Exception handling and logging frameworks (Serilog, NLog, Log4Net)
    • Experience in ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core MVC, ASP.NET Web API & RESTful services, Minimal APIs (modern .NET), Razor Pages, dependency Injection (built-in and third-party containers), Middleware pipeline, Session and state management.
    • SQL Server architecture understanding, stored Procedures (complex logic, optimization), Views, Functions, Triggers & Temp tables and table variables
    • ITIL certification (ITIL v3 / v4) & Demonstrated experience managing large teams of 6+ resources.
    • Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to ensure high-quality architecture and efficient data solutions.
    • Act as the technical escalation point for high-impact issues and complex problem resolution.
    • Lead service operations using ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools
    • Drive operational excellence through SLAs, KPIs, CSAT, and continual service improvement initiatives
    • Lead executive-level communications, reviews, and governance forums
    • Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement, transparency, and delivery excellence
    • Manage expectations, risks, and dependencies while ensuring alignment with business objectives
    • Leverage foundational AI/ML knowledge to contribute to strategic and solution-oriented discussions with client leaders
    • Identify opportunities where AI, automation, and analytics can enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
    • Excellent stakeholder management and customer relationship management capabilities.
    • Strong analytical, communication, quantitative, organizational and presentation skills.

    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
