Job Description
We're looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions for UK public sector clients.

Your role
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant , you'll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients. Your focus will be on the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules
You'll need a deep understanding of all business processes across various Oracle HCM Cloud modules Core HR, recruitment, Learning, Talent Management, UK Payroll, Pension, OTL and Absence, backed by practical experience in the UK public sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM for UK clients.
  • Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and support hyper care
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader.
  • Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Payroll, OTL, Absence, and other relevant modules
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation and imparting Training
Required
  • 10 years of progressive experience in IT, with a minimum of 8 years as a Consultant with Oracle HCM Cloud..
  • Deep subject matter expertise across the entire Oracle HCM Cloud suite, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benefits, and especially Payroll and Payments for UK Legislation
  • Expertise in Oracle's security framework, responsible for designing the overall security model and implementing role-based security, abstract roles, job roles, and data roles.
  • Proven experience leading discovery workshops and design sessions, translating complex business processes into cohesive and scalable solution architecture.
  • Proficiency with Oracle's integration tools, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and Human Capital Management Data Loader (HDL).
  • Strong technical and functional leadership skills to guide implementation teams and ensure the solution is built according to the architectural design.
  • Expertise in designing and governing strategies for data migration, reporting, and integrations. Proven experience with the Parallel Payroll Run (PPR) process is a significant advantage.
  • Comprehensive experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
  • Hands-on experience with UK Public Sector clients is a key requirement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively identify and mitigate technical, functional, and security risks.
  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
  • Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log
