Title - Senior Consultant - Solution Design

Role Summary
The Senior Consultant - Solution Design is responsible for driving market-led solution design, developing differentiated service offerings, and leading client-centric solutioning efforts. The role combines strategic thinking, client engagement, and execution excellence to deliver scalable, high-impact service solutions aligned to organizational objectives and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze service markets and competitive intelligence to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Define service market strategies and develop solution POVs, including value proposition, pricing, and operating models.
  • Design and deliver customized solutions aligned to client business context and strategic goals.
  • Lead RFP responses, solution proposals, and bid support in collaboration with Sales and Delivery teams.
  • Engage directly with clients to conduct solution workshops, discovery sessions, and presentations.
  • Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) detailing scope, commercials, and contractual terms.
  • Support transition planning and execution by transferring solution and contract knowledge to delivery teams.
  • Create and guide development of client-facing and internal solution collaterals (case studies, flyers, presentations).
  • Participate in transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service effectiveness.
  • Drive competency building through domain training and creation of reusable knowledge assets.
  • Manage and develop team members through performance reviews, coaching, and capability development.
Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field
  • A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory

Professional Experience
  • > 8 years of experience with:
    • Solution design, consulting, service strategy, or pre - sales roles
    • Proven exposure to end - to - end solutioning, including RFPs, SOWs, pricing, and operating models
  • Experience working in global or regional roles supporting North America and/or LATAM markets
  • Prior experience in BPM, Shared Services, Consulting, or Professional Services environments strongly preferred
  • Fluent English (mandatory) - strong verbal and written communication for client interactions, proposals, and presentations
  • Spanish proficiency required; bilingual capabilities considered a strong advantage
  • Ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client - facing engagements independently
This position requires hybrid work mode and needs your presence in the office in Monterrey N.L. for at least 60% of the workdays every week.
