The Senior ServiceNow Consultant is responsible for successful implementation and customization of ServiceNow platform for prestigious enterprise customers.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Delivering solutions based on ServiceNow platform for enterprise customers.
  • Leading a team and supervising its output and quality
  • Be involved in various project roles: business analyst, solution architect, technical consultant.
  • Provide guidance to our customers and enable them to implement the best solutions.
  • Looking for true customer needs and offering solutions
  • Communicate and cooperate with the customers in English (day-to-day communication, presentations, participation in workshops and meetings)
Your ideal professional background should look like:
  • Very good knowledge of ServiceNow platform, proven experience as SN Architect or implementation team leader
  • Experience with leading a team
  • Motivation for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills.
  • ITIL certification (advantage not a condition)
  • ServiceNow CIS/CAD/CTA/CMA certifications
  • Practical experience with consulting and/or business analyses
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Proven practical experience with object-oriented programming
  • Fluent communication in the English language
  • Experience with SCRUM framework
